FLIMEN says: Senator Simmons apparently does not understand that a refugee is not an illegal alien as a refugee does have legal presence. It is unclear to FLIMEN at this point if other states are actually issuing work permits as work permits are not normally issued by states. In any case, FLIMEN will aggressively oppose his bill.
