Supreme Court Overturns 40-Year Precedent, Says 1 State Can’t Be Sued in Another’s Courts

On a 5 to 4 decision, The Supreme Court decided Monday that one state cannot unwillingly be sued in the courts of another, overruling a 40-year precedent.

Guess who the 4 justices who voted against. Liberals are scared to death that it could be Roe vs Wade down the road that gets over-turned.
