Scott Maxwell, Connecting the Dots

Years ago, Scott Maxwell had a web site (Border Control Now) and a Radio Show called, "Connecting the Dots." His show brought forth the facts on the ills of illegal immigration. His advocacy was strong back then and spot on. However, since Scott Maxwell is now into his sixth term as an elected official in Lake Worth, a city brimming with progressive Democrats and socialists/communists and illegals, he has set aside his mission of years ago. The crisis, however, is more important today than ever before.

Now that he is the Executive Director of the REC, I would like to see him develop a show that will fully inform the public on illegal immigration. This would be a worthy mission especially as we have a national crisis at our border, something he predicted would happen years ago.

As the Executive & Political Director of the Republican Party of Palm Beach County, he has the clout; he has the stature that allows him to revive this effort in order to inform the public and help our country and our President stop illegal immigration.

  2. typical "blow with the wind, blow hard" never reliable, always out for his own aggrandizement. Cannot be trusted. The purest example of fake , phony, fraud politician. But as a Burger King manager, he's a nice guy.

  5. Maxwell’s modus operandi is to subjugate others by slight of hand and manipulation. When he fails, ( which is frequently ) out of frustration he resorts to intimidation. He is out of his league. His approach probably worked when supervising minimum wage workers. Now he’s the poster boy for Lake Sanctuary Worth Beach. Republicans have put the fox in charge of the hen house.

  6. Scott Maxwell is a lazy unintelligent loser. Between him and Andy Amoroso we are the laughing stock of every south Florida town.

  7. Scott won his last race. He burned a lot of his supporters. He teamed up with Amoroso and became a puppet . They will both be looking for new jobs after this next election.

  8. @8:22 I'm not sure that I would label Scott a "puppet." Actually he is the one who leads the dais in its voting direction...they all seem to support the city manager in every decision. Omari Hardy is the only one who will throw in an idea for discussion that may be against the fold. Scott will usually try and stop him in his tracks and proceed to a vote.
Also, I didn't know he "teamed up" with Amoroso. I have always thought he encouraged his backers to support the rest of the Trio in campaign contributions which were vast for this small city. Our local elections became partisan years ago because of Scott.

I would not expect anything different from spineless cowards, then to post lies anonymously about a committed public servant. None of you who cast these false aspersions, hidden behind your phone or computer monitor, could do anywhere near as good a job for the city as Commissioner Maxwell has. What he endured during the years of anarchist majority alone, should have garnered him a darned medal! He has been consistent in advocating for the best interest of the city. When he rang the alarm about the beach renovation project being a fiasco, everyone laughed at him. Look at where it is today! Of all you Monday night quarterbacks, how many give any volunteer time to improve the city that you live in, if you even do live in it! I do not anymore and I still try my best to help however I can, it is a great city worth the effort of improving. As for Scott being lazy, I have never seen a lazy person get up at 7am on a Saturday, right after surgery, to come volunteer to clean up a city alley and help paint a decaying fence. Some of you need a hobby, meds, a mate, a strong battery operated toy, SOMETHING! Grow the PLUCK up!

  11. Scott Maxwell has worked long and hard for years in his city against a hec of a lot of anarchy. He pulled Lake Worth up and continues to work for his community. His has personally achieved much and should be recognized for his perseverance to move forward not just for himself but for all of Lake Worth, the cities of the county when he represented them on the League of Cities and now moving the National agenda.

His plate is more than full. If you think he should take on a radio show then perhaps some volunteers to support that effort would help to make it happen. You cannot govern alone - it takes everyone working together and supporting one another.

Lake Worth is a lucky town to have him.

  13. @8:06--Martha, Scott Maxwell "fought long and hard for years" against anarchists here in Lake Worth? Well guess what--anarchists here are no more than a dozen of people. One self-proclaimed anarchist got elected to the commission years ago and she was a pretty good commissioner. If you are anti-government, you don't run for elected government office. And some people actually believe that if you have a different viewpoint, you are then labeled as racist, bigoted or even, in this case, an anarchist. All bull.
And tell me, how is he moving the national agenda? He doesn't even like the League of Cities these days. Once Scott got elected here, all his national agenda beliefs got blown to the wind...no more Connecting the Dots, illegal immigration stance, etc.
I still would like to see this radio show revived. It is more needed now than ever before.

  14. No wonder the PBC REC is in dire need of help. They are egging for members. Not what it used to be or should be. Embarrassing Scott has such a loser city and he is the leader of PBC Republican party. They need to get some Trump people in charge!!!!

  15. Lynn, Cara Jennings was the only self-proclaimed anarchist yes, Suzanne Mulvehill, Joann Golden and then Christopher McVoy, all followed the Cara in creating a three to two majority that decimated our code department, made a huge fiasco of the Casino Beach Project and if not for the massive response against it from the community, they were poised to dissolve our Law Enforcement Service Agreement Contract with PBSO and attempt the terrible mistake of trying to reconstitute a failed municipal police force. Not everyone who has a different view point was labeled an anarchist, just the ones who did everything according to the anarchist play book. Remember, I was one of them, I know better than anyone else, the true intentions they had for Lake Worth. Of the other people who knew, I was one of the only ones who broke ranks from their cabal and had the guts to call them out for what they were really doing and make it public to everyone at commission meetings. That is why they came after me as hard as they did.

  16. Mark--LOL--I NEVER agreed with you on local politics. You fell into the false narrative trap. Also, our local police department was just fine...management needed to be changed out. that is where the problem was. PBSO is nothing more than an expensive PR service and on tonight's agenda Cpt. Baer (who I like personally) will be giving us another glowing report about crime down, etc. We know better.
Code was not decimated. We were trying to recover from a bad recession and austerity measures had to be taken. Departments had to be cut. Stanton was getting us back in the black.
Of the three people you mention above, I 100% disagree with them on national issues but local issues, they did a good job overall.
