Ridiculous.Really sad that ass holes think they can rip off a city that way. 200 hundred bucks and one of our great local artists can turn lemons into lemonade.Offer a reward with the ridiculous 5 to 10,000 dollars.. People know who did this.Make the culprit crawl on hands and knees scrubbing our streets with a tooth brush for the next year.
I actually like your idea, 11:12. I'm sure those who did this won't have the money to pay for fixing it, so working it off would be an effective way to get our money back. After all, would you rather sit in the detention center and watch TV and talk to your mom, or scrub streets and clean up garbage. This method of correction should be applied to all juveniles who go astray. Why isn't it? Do people think it is cruel and unusual punishment? Time to rethink these things!
The city looks like hell, graffiti all over the place, drive up on Dixie, they plaster buildings all over with graffiti. it is like 2005 all over again. Do we still have a lot of gangs in the city? Who is doing all this graffiti? A friend told us that before the Finish Festival in Bryant Park, that someone the night before put graffiti all over that place and tents and everything. This city is for the birds! Who does this?
