  1. Artsy Fartsy is back and has leased Amoroso's old space on Lake avenue.

  2. Great! Hope they put little andy dork out of business!

He deserves all the rotten things he does to other people. He is so greedy and corrupt! A huge mistake of a person to give any power to.

Does anyone trust him or like him anymore?

  3. If they couldn't afford the rent in the hole in the wall they were in, how are they going to afford a corner property?

  4. @9:15---thought it was Andy who couldn't afford the rent. Brian negotiated a better deal. You know, the Art of the Deal.

  5. The SPF just is not like it used to be 20 years ago here, a waste of time! Too much pop and junk art cartoons and crap. They need to bring back the classics and some better art, the past several years the art at this festival has gone down the drain, it is a waste of time, too crowded and too expensive, too many dogs, smokers, and drunks, not fun anymore at all!

  6. I own artsy fartsy decor & more. I rented on lucerne for two yrs. The first yr i operated 123 pedicabs out of that same location . Peters Debelopment owned that building also. My rent was NEVER paid past the first of the month as we agreed on in my lease. I am very grateful to the Peters sisters for allowing me the opportunity to turn that corner into a Artsy Fartsy atmosphere instead of a sex shop selling everything from newspapers to anal beads. So please, lets welcome the change and encourage growth rather than bashing the guy thats trying to make a honest living. The price i pay in rent fits the earning potential the Best corner on Lake ave will bring. I am excited in my move and also thankful for the cooperation from peters development .

  7. Good luck, Brian. Was someone bashing you? Nice seeing you today and Doug Peters. That is a terrific corner.

  8. I won't comment on the previous owner, but in keeping with your high moral standards, you should change the name of your business to something those of us who hate the name of your place can live with. It's tasteless and vulgar!
