We've always known what the present Democratic Party has become but the Kavanaugh hearings put it all front and center. Now we have no doubt. The world got to see their charade.
It's all about resisting, obstructing and harassing fellow Americans to gain back the power. None of them can match Brett Kavanaugh in intelligence, Constitutional law and certainly they are no where close when it comes to civility, not only to Kavanaugh but to fellow Americans in general.
Democrats made this Supreme Court hearing into a political, one-sided football game, kicking all the way. They used every trick in the book especially that of abortion. They are paranoid, or so they claim, that killing babies might be overturned.
Kavanaugh said to Diane Feinstein on Row vs Wade: “Senator, I said that it’s settled as a precedent of the Supreme Court,
entitled the respect under principles ‘stare decisis,’ ” referring to
the legal principle of not overturning precedents. “And one of the
important things to keep in mind about Roe v. Wade is that it has been reaffirmed many times over the past 45 years.” Can Democrats understand that?
