A left-wing radical is set to be released from county jail on bail after threatening to murder California Republican congressional candidate Rudy Peters.

Well, this is California. And the gentleman who was attacked is running against Eric Swalwell who I can't stand. The criminal, Farzad Fazeli, pulled out a knife and told Peters he was going to kill him.
