McCain says "no."

Sen. John McCain said Friday he will not support his party's Graham-Cassidy healthcare legislation, potentially dashing GOP leaders’ latest hope of dismantling Obamacare. McCain joins Sen. Rand Paul in publicly opposing the bill, while Sen. Susan Collins said Friday she is leaning against it.

Senate Republicans can afford to lose no more than two members of their 52-48 majority and pass the bill by Sept. 30 without any Democrats voting for it. A vote taken any later than that would have to garner at least 60 votes rather than a simple majority.
