Yeah,good luck with that! It will be very surprising if this tree recovers. City staff did nothing to cover the roots ,water it while it was down ,NOTHING!
After 5 or 6 days of being on the ground with no water. Good luck.
We had a hibiscus tree that was uprooted during 2005 and we replanted it and it survived. Hopefully, the city lucks out.
