Frances 2004 - Another bad memory

Very heavy rains fell in association with this slow-moving and relatively large hurricane, which caused floods in Florida. Heavy rains caused a large sinkhole to develop on Interstate 95 in Palm Beach County, which closed the highway to traffic. [Wikipedia]

There has been some controversy/confusion as to what hurricane came through and knocked down all of our aged Banyan trees that line Lake Osborne Drive. One of the gals out here says it was Wilma. However, the photos I have in my file that were taken at John Prince Park on 9-8-2004 would make it Frances. Several weeks prior to Frances, we had Hurricane Charley.
