South Florida’s Only Three Dog Night Tribute Band Debuts in Palm Beach County
First Show Set for July 29 at Atlantis Country Club
ATLANTIS, FL — The Atlantis Country Club on July 29 presents the debut of CELEBRATE! — A Tribute to Three Dog Night, featuring Fred Ferrese, John "JP" Parker and Fred Moore — talented vocalists backed by professional musicians Steve Rowley on guitar, Robert Viands on keyboards, Ron Esposito on drums and Max Farnbauch on bass. The cost for the dinner show is $30 per person. Doors open at 6 p.m., and the band starts at 7:30 p.m..
South Florida’s only Three Dog Night tribute band recreates the timeless songs from one of the world's most prolific harmony bands best known for more than two dozen top hits from the late 1960s and 1970s including “Celebrate,” “Mama Told Me Not to Come,” “One,” “Eli's Coming” and “Easy to Be Hard.”
Ferrese, a popular entertainer at Atlantis Country Club, is a 20+ show veteran at the Perfect Vodka Amphitheatre at the South Florida Fairgrounds in West Palm Beach, and has covered shows in the VIP Room for bands including DMB, Journey, Creed and The Who.
Performing solo in local bars and restaurants remains a passion for Fred — mostly due to the intimate connection with his audience. "Celebrate – a Tribute to Three Dog Night,” has opened a new “harmony vocal door” for Fred who says, “I am truly looking forward to the challenge of going from lead vocals to harmony vocalist a couple dozen times per show.”
For more information on the band, visit the band’s Facebook page or go to www.celebrate3dn.com.
Open to the public since 1972, Atlantis Country Club is home to a championship 18-hole golf course and fine restaurant, lounge and café. The club is located at 190 Atlantis Boulevard, in the city of Atlantis, Fla., off Congress Avenue between Lantana and Sixth Avenues, near JFK Hospital.
For dinner show reservations, call Atlantis Country Club at 561-965-5788 or go to www.AtlantisCountryClub.com.
