What People will do for Publicity

The phrase, 'There's no such thing as bad publicity' is often associated with Phineas T. Barnum. This woman is ruining herself and whatever reputation she had left. Some saw through her original apology that I was ready to accept but as it turned out, it was contrived.

In one of the most vile and attention-whoring stunts of our lifetimes, Kathy Griffin has drawn nothing but harsh criticisms this week. And now like every other loser, she is blaming Trump.

Read about the sexist, lying biggest loser

  1. Fox News needs to stop showing Griffin's ISIS like image of our president.

This woman, whose face would scare children on Halloween, long ago stopped being funny is desperate for attention, and is in the news only because of her shameful display.

Let's allow her 15 minutes of fame to expire.

    RIP.

  3. GREAT LETTER FROM A PATRIOT..

My letter to Kathy Griffin. She's not accepting messages so I left it in the comments section on a couple of her posts.

Kathy, I don't know where you got the idea that the Trumps are trying to ruin your life or your career, or that he sent the Secret Service to investigate you. Don't be paranoid. You're just not that important to him. He has a country to run and really doesn't have time for your antics. Besides, it wasn't President Trump who sent the Secret Service after you, it was us, his conservative constituents. The Secret Service was inundated with hundreds of calls within the first few hours of you posting your gory ISIS beheading of the president photo op, all of us demanding that you be investigated and arrested. We then went after all of your scheduled venues; thousands of us, calling, emailing each and every one of them. We asked that they cancel your shows because of your electronically published, disgusting ISIS inspired picture displaying a bloody and beheaded President Trump. We are all well aware of your hatred of President Trump and his family by statements you have made to that effect in the past, and many of us felt you had crossed the line this time. President Trump did not ask or tell anyone to take you down or break you. It was you, Kathy, you pushed us too far. An attack on our President is an attack on every person who voted for him and believe in him, something I'm sure you couldn't possibly understand. Out of love and loyalty to President Trump, it was us who took you down, Kathy, just average everyday people, housewives, carpenters, secretaries, realtors, farmers. We civilly and bloodlessly annihilated you because we could, and that's how we conservatives roll.

  4. Thank God for these patriots and for this letter to the troll, now lawyered up and crying at her Press conference.

  5. You know I get the whole thing about this being a conservative blog and not wanting to write anything bad or comparable that conservatives do in order to demonize Deomocrats and make them look like the enemy. I get that. I really do. There's plenty of those folks on the extreme left, too, who think the world would be better if there weren't any Republicans in it. Representing the extreme right is not that unusual.

But you really have to work to ignore Ted Nugent who threatened to kill Clinton and Obama during his concerts and, just this week, doubled down on his contention that Hillary must be hung for treason. To ignore all the Obama effigies hung from trees during the last 8 years and the posters that were raised during Trump rallies of Hillary targets with a bullseye on her forehead really takes some effort.

But the Right is. And is really is fascinating to watch.

Threatening to kill the president, depicting the president with his head off is wrong. Period. Griffin has received lotsa outrage from both sides.

But whereas Sen. Franken disinvites her from appearing at one of his event, Trump invites Nugent to the Oval Office to shake his hand.

There's good reason that conservatives don't like to talk about it. Blatant abject hypocrisy is not a pleasant thing.

  6. Ted Nugent: “I expressed fear of my government,” he said. “But Pelosi and Feinstein and Boxer sent the Secret Service to investigate me and they concluded absolutely conclusively, I did not threaten anybody’s life, yet Kathy Griffin and the whole left talking points including our own friend Juan Williams, just repeats the lie that I threatened the president’s life, never happened.”

  7. There's plenty of places where Nugent's words are posted, Lynn. Suggesting that Obama "suck on his machine gun" and demanding that Hillary be hanged (just 2 days ago) speak for themselves, no matter how much back peddling a coward like Nugent does.

    And no apology. Ever.

    Those are the facts.

  8. Rocker and one-time White House guest Ted Nugent said Thursday he stands by his 2016 comment that Hillary Clinton should be tried and hanged for treason for her response to the 2012 terror attacks in Benghazi.

"I've never threatened to hang anybody. I've never suggested anybody get hung, except the one time after Benghazi, I recommended that Hillary Clinton be charged, arrested, tried and hung," Nugent said in an interview Wednesday with conservative radio host Ben Ferguson. "What she did as secretary of state was certainly treasonous, and I stand by that."

  9. Yep. That's what he said.

  10. So, you want to compare someone saying someone should be hung for treason to someone decapitating and holding up the bloody head of the president? No joke?

  11. Jennifer do you find this disgusting ISIS inspired mock beheading of the President of the United States by Kathy Griffin Acceptable???????

  12. Jennifer--I just deleted your latest liberal rant. Go somewhere else with it, ok? Take it to some liberal site that gives a damn.
There is a huge degree of difference in what Ted Nugent said 5 years ago and what Kathy Griffin actually did just a few days ago.

  13. Jennifer-
    ONCE AGAIN-
I will not publish any of your comments particularly when you are giving me the liberal spiel and now when you sweared at me.
    Take it somewhere else.
    Thanks.
