Wow. You can tell that Trump is genuine about helping Americans. Trump didn't just talk the talk . He's actually walking the walk. Unlike Obama, who had nothing but contempt for working class Americans,Trump really cares about them. Obama was never a "producer". He was a "divider". We can be environmentally responsible without putting a whole industry out of business. And America's energy resources are of vital concern to our defense.
Why do you refuse to publish comments that are pointing out that Trump's action allows coal mining companies to pollute America's waterways and that it does nothing to "rescue coal miners?"
Why is that so scary for you to let your readers know?
Different opinion here, anonymous. Do you really think that I am "scared?" Clean coal technologies are being developed to remove or reduce pollutant emissions to the atmosphere. Also, this is going to revitalize the region, the poorest in the nation.
The simple truth is for anyone intelligent enough to face it, is that even with the best intentions, there is nothing that either can or will be done about the environment, because there are just too many people. Even a plague doesn't work anymore, because they keep saving everybody. Try to imagine the world without electricity again. Without fuel. Name one thing the EPA has actually done to improve things. I don't think the coal industry is going to contaminate the air and water. They have the science to prevent that now. The real polluters are the farmers and nobody wants to do without milk and butter. Turn your cell phone and IPad off. What do you think they are powered with?
You're a genius 9:47. Apparently you're not familiar with the run-off from livestock. I don't think it's the carrots fault, but the fertilizers that are used on the farms will kill you long before coal does. Try to keep up, and stop with the mantras.

"The real polluters are the farmers and nobody wants to do without milk and butter." This, folks, is how Trump got elected.
