FACTS, a congressional watchdog group that named Hillary Clinton as a top ethics violator, is asking the Office of Congressional Ethics to investigate Representative John Lewis and his aide, Michael Collins. One of the House ethics rules is that a staff member, i.e. Chief of Staff, cannot also serve in the House members campaign staff. Michael Collins did both at the same this and was paid for both functions.
If this is the case, it couldn't happen to a more deserving guy.
