Australia controlling its Borders
The Australian government wants to change the Migration Act so that refugees and asylum seekers in offshore processing centers would never be allowed to come to Australia. Australia wants migrants who can contribute to their country's success.
In 2013, the coalition government made Australia's asylum policy even tougher when it took power. It introduced Operation Sovereign Borders, which put the military in control of asylum operations.
"Under this policy military vessels patrol Australian waters and intercept migrant boats, towing them back to Indonesia or sending asylum seekers back in inflatable dinghies or lifeboats." Immigrants, illegal aliens and refugees can't walk across the border there and they don't have to build a physical wall as President Elect Trump as promised to do.
