Our communications expert, Laura Tingo, left the employ of the City of Lake Worth on Friday after one month. No one's "communicating" about it.
I guess they had better hire someone fast as they have a bond to market to the voters.
Read about it...
She must have wanted to tell the truth and Bornstein didn't want that.
ReplyDeleteShe was hired to pull the wool over the voters eyes and push his $40 million cash grab at the expense of us citizens.
Maybe they can use her $50 K salary to add to the road budget and fix a few more potholes.
They need someone to combat the truth that you write on your blog! Good for her to not sacrifice her morals for Bronstein and his cronies! I cant stand Maxwell too he's such a phony along with andy
ReplyDeleteLake worth employee retention is down right pitiful!!!
ReplyDeleteHR director still employed? If not, why not?
ReplyDeleteThe city manager stated to the press she was "fired" because the chemistry wasn't working. That's probably half true because Bornstein is a pompous ass and she was a honest person and wouldn't march to the corrupt beat of our pathetic city "leaders"
ReplyDeleteIn the article she is quoted as saying, “It helps to be responsive and transparent,” she said at the time. “Every city has its challenges but involving the community is the way to go.”
ReplyDeleteThat was probably part of it--this city management does NOT want to involve the city residents, those pesky people.
Maybe she said no to the extra curricular activities.... just say'n.
ReplyDeleteSources close to the White House say she quit because she had a disagreement with the cm about an information release...hmmmm, imagine that.....
ReplyDeleteTHIS JUST IN.....the city's Hr director was terminated.....it seems an employee is suing for wrongful termination....the city anticipates a big payday.....stay tuned.......
It is amazing how many good knowledgeable employees leave or forced to leave because of the mis-deeds of leadership. Just look and the Electric Department and the large turnover there in the past year and all very experienced people who did not agree with the CM or HR Dir. Now they lost another manager and it goes on and on and on. Wake up people we are mis-managed at the CM level and Director Level
ReplyDeleteHaha we as employees mean nothing and that precedent has been clearly by the leadership / lack their of! Tell me why vest in lake worth employment? Because its definitely not the pay , pension or benefits? The cm continues to make a fat cat salary backed by a corrupt commission and a imbalanced mayor. 90% of all the employees are new just to gain a lil experience for the next job. Thats the truth!
ReplyDeleteI bet no one can give a legitimate reason why anyone would come in now to the city of lake worth as a employee for a career... The only ones who still might have a shot is if nickolas petrino wins the fight for their pension
