Guillermo Canzares
Mr. Canzares recognized on Tuesday night by the mayor, has been with the city for 16 years starting out as a meter reader. He just graduated from the apprentice program and now holds the prestigious position of a lineman for Lake Worth Utilities.
Lake Worth started this program in January 2012 and it is registered with the Florida Department of Education. Apprentices are required to stay with Lake Worth for at least two years after they complete their training and receive their certificates.
I always believe in apprenticeship programs it ensures you will have an employee who is not only trained to provincial industry standards but also understands your unique workplace conditions.Congratulation to all City of Lake Worth graduate great job.
