What has happened to Law and Order - Punks rule

85% of this 2,500 student body are "minorities." Why do they feel so picked on by authority? Do they not get any discipline at home? Have many parents just given up on their own kids? Cops can't do their jobs anymore without running into belligerent and violent students and their lives are literally on the line.  Why is this occurring with frequency? Schools have become combat zones of incivility, insult and violence. And this is the future generation.
