Earlier in the week there was a report in the Journal of Alzheimer's Disease that a research team at the University of Bari Aldo Moro found that people who consistently drank about one or two cups of coffee per day had a lower rate of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) than those who never or rarely drank the brew.
The first thing that I do after awakening is to put on a pot of coffee. So, if this is true, I'm going to go on forever being a watchdog in Lake Worth. :)
Read about it... at CBS News.
Part of the problem on the dais are those who imbibe in alcohol, not coffee.
