Hudson Holdings - Imagine!

Comment Up
And I've got all sorts of cooperation from the city manager and the boys
to grab hold of the Lake Worth beach complex.
What a sweet deal to add to my growing portfolio!
IMAGINE!

  1. Help from Blackman and Szerdi too. It can't get much sweeter. Corruption is alive and well in lW.

  2. Imagine a town where we didn't have Hudson Holding's employees like John Szerdi masquerading as City Commissioners.Oh,yeah,we don't. Szerdi got his ass kicked out of office BIG TIME when the citizens of Lake Worth found out what Hudson Holdings was trying to do to our PUBLIC beach

Mayor Pam Triolo,IMAGINE what the people will do to you in the next election if you don't climb out of the bed that Hudson holdings made for you.
Commissioner Scott Maxwell, IMAGINE what the people will do to you in the next election if you don't climb out of the bed Hudson Holdings has made for you.
Commissioner Andy Amoroso, IMAGINE what the people will do to you in the next election if you don't climb out of the bed Hudson Holdings has made for you.

  3. People sure have short memories in this town. Greater Bay comes to mind. It's sickening that everyone is not in a uproar about what the CM did by initiating this non-transparent process that no one wanted except for a few politicians like Maxwell who never goes to the beach.

  4. Guys what if instead of panicking, we get smart and try to turn Hudson's interest in our town into something WE want and can prosper from?
Use their interest is us, to OUR advantage. It will take serious thought and some rational, business-type thinking. Panicking and protesting removes any possibility of that. Let's turn it around!

  5. 1:23 you're on the wrong blog. The mindless lemmings on this blog think that anyone that's in business to make a profit are satan. Serious thought? Here on this blog? As soon as i read that i should have realized it was a joke.

  6. or why not just start by asking we the people what we want (39K)
vs 2 ITN proposals acting as if these 2 are the only thoughts applicable to our beach in the 21st century - pfffft - we are acting like stupid lemmings being fed whatever good thoughts 5 reps can come up with! Shame on US for not demanding a meeting for OUR ideas to be vetted before strangers are allowed to incest our family with 2 unacceptable proposals! Shame on HH for an unreadable website for us to imagine wth is there and Anderson & Carr for coming back to the table after your failure to rent the same dern space as the realtor the 1st time around!

  8. Indeed, and HH has threatened Boynton with litigation after HH tried to change a project and Boynton said no.

  10. Anony at 1:23, Hudson has no interest in our town other than getting control of our beach. Don't you get that?

  11. Actually, HH has a ton of interest in our town. Besides the Gulfstream hotel, look at all the property they have bought up along Federal Hwy in the south end of the City.

They plan to assert their power based on their land holdings, which is why our Commission and all citizens need to be extremely careful in our dealings with them.
