Judge blocks abortion law in Florida

UPDATE:  Things change second by second. Within minutes of Pam Bondi issuing a "stay" of the Judge's ruling, The ACLU and the Center for Reproductive Rights moved to lift the "stay." The law is NOT in effect.

Leon County Circuit Court Judge Charles Francis said that his ruling was about the groups seeking an emergency order and if they were entitled to a temporary injunction.
