And the Beat(ing) goes On

Comment Up

Maxwell beat his drum for 8.75 minutes (he wouldn't stop the beat) at Tuesday's commission meeting insisting that the alleged and unsubstantiated code violation(s) of Commissioner Maier originally instigated in a complaint by one of his political friends, be discussed right then and there.  He wanted to get on his bandwagon in order to discredit Maier.

Saying that it was a serious allegation that "just came out in the press," he was "disappointed" when the mayor delayed his public assassination attempt until the next meeting. Coincidentally, his timing with the PBPost article and this meeting both jammed at the same time.

The bully, once again, beats on.

  1. I don't remember you calling Cara Jennings a bully when she led a full blown march and press conference against Comm. Maxwell claiming was a racist. You don't consider that bullying? But calling out a public official who, at a minimum might be in code violation, and who refuses to show proof he is not, that's bullying?

  2. I absolutely DID write against her actions and even spoke about it. Let's get all your lies straight. YOU CAN'T DO THAT.

  4. Lynn, thanks for moving the bully up to the top of your page. Isn't your blog copyrighted? Why don't you do something about it. Have you asked him to cease? Actually, this guy only needs to copy your blog and never have to write anything again.

  6. I am curious....is that normal for a Commissioner to bring up a person's code situation at a Commission meeting. That doesn't make sense to me as one would think that is the Code hearing and process that would determine if a person is guilty or not. Seems really unprofessional to attack a fellow Commissioner who has not even gone through the process yet with the Code Dept. What exactly is the reason other than hate that he did this and is it actually protocol???

  7. Did you see the loser, John Serdi waiting out in the hallway for all of this to happen? H will never get it. Talk about punks. This was all pre-planned and I would bet my life that Amoroso knew about it as well as the city mgr.

  8. @9:00--NO. this is NOT normal; it was political. But as I said, MAXWELL beats to his own drum.

  9. Great graphic. Maxwell wishes he had that body! The Mayor can't(or won't ) shut him up . Ridiculous. Bornstein and Maxwell obviously fed Bozo the reporting clown the info for his nonfactual political hit piece. Anybody else want to drop your subscription to the Post? If this lynch mob assassination agenda item for Ryan is not pulled, then everyone needs to demand an agenda item at the NEXT meeting to discuss the relationship between Andy/Andres and convicted drug felon owner of the Kava bar.

  10. Wish he would just open his door. Ridiculous how this has been blown out of proportion. Wish the people of this city would just get along. Wish a whole group of candidates would run. It's like the Civil War with thr North vs the South. Ryan is acting like a spoiled little brat.

  11. If you were on the side of the North, would you open up your door to a rebel and someone wanting to assassinate you?

  12. NEVER open your door and invite the government into your home. NEVER. I'm no right-wing fanatic. I just learned the hard way. I thought I had nothing to hide, I'm a law-abiding person...what's the harm? BAD IDEA. NEVER invite the government into your home. In this case in particular it would be very very unwise given that Code has been sent out to 'get' Ryan. Ryan was absolutely right to refuse them entry. Go get some evidence, for starters, and then get a search warrant from a judge. And after my lawyer arrives, then we'll open the door.

  13. You CAN NOT have a code violation based on a pissed off political opponent! Only a code officer witnessing a violation can start the process! Please everyone reading this fill out code complaints against Maxwell Triolo, Amoroso and Szerdi!!! Call child protective services on people you don't like also. demand Agenda items for them !

  15. Anyone can file a code complaint, just go to the web site and start filing. Swing by the homes of the other commissioners, grass too high, dead spot in the lawn, anything. Let's see what happens.

  17. Scott sounds like a bully, hopefully he will be voted out soon.

The Code Office in LW does nothing, they should be going after the slumlord who made an illegal apartment in a garage at 131 North E St instead, but they let all these illegals and slumlords do what they want, then you wonder why there is so much blight and deplorable conditions for people?

Go figure. This city has gone to hell.
