And speaking of folks running, Harvard educated Ted Cruz says that he is running for President. He is supposed to announce today.
I like Ted Cruz on many issues, one of which is immigration. Click here for where Cruz stands on All the Issues.

ReplyDeleteI say anyone but Bush. With 47% of those taking the latest poll, Obama is still liked even though our country is one total screwed up mess on its way to being part of the 3rd world. That's no exaggeration. It's when do you tell the American people that the pockets are empty?
ReplyDeleteObama has cut the deficit in half.
ReplyDeleteThe Dow has doubled since Obama took office.
Unemployment is down over 4% since Obama took office and he has matched Reagan for creating jobs.
These are facts.
And the people who like to go by facts and who embrace reality are the people who like Obama, for the most part. The other people watch Fox News and read NewsMax.
What will be interesting is whether Tea Party birthers are going to go after a white Ted Cruz like they went after a black Obama over where he was born. I suspect not because...well, we all know why.
Harvard educated? Wait. That's one of them librul brain-washing institutions, isn't it? Or does that also apply only when an African-American is president?
There you go again--race has nothing to do with it. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. That is your ONLY argument.
ReplyDeleteI really like this guy. Listening to his speech right now.
ReplyDeleteRemember the Nov. mid terms where the Democrats got their asses kicked? These are the same voters that will make Ted Cruz the winner in a landslide. They are also the same voters that will stay away from the ballot box again if another moderate Republican is shoved in their faces.
ReplyDeleteThe conservatives are not the "base" of the Republican party. They are the body and soul of the Republican party. If the Republicans want to go down in flames (yet again) in the 2016 election, run another moderate.
Thou doth protest too much on the race thing, and that was NOT his only argument, clearly.
ReplyDeleteIf we are anything like a "total screwed up mess", please understand it's because people like you are woefully incapable of filtering bullshit from what useful information you may accidentally expose yourself to.
You and those like you are simply too dumb to stop voting and speaking out against your own interests. Sometimes it's because you share these interests with people you may hate and sometimes it's because you are brainwashed. Neither is defensible.
May I suggest an alternative media source that could deeply enrich you? Democracy Now, a viewer funded non commercial daily news show.
Either way, I do look forward to the sea swallowing up the tumor that is your state.
thanks once again for your very thoughtful commentary---and so early in the morning too. Do you awaken in bad moods all of the time. The problem, as I see it, is you liberals ALWAYS resort to name calling when you are losing.
ReplyDeleteWhat are MY (used figuratively) interests exactly? Walking around with my hand out and not wanting to work for a living? Have everything handed to me by the government from cradle to grave? Have the 1% pay for me and corporations pay through the nose, the people who actually create jobs that you don't want? Sell my friends down the river to make insane deals with our enemy? Is that what made America great?
Democray Now! Ya, I watch it. Real entertaining. Twice as much propaganda as Fox News. Funded by Russie (RT) Commentary by uber-liberals and people left of them.
ReplyDeleteAmy Goodman, Bill Press, Thom whats-his-name. NEVER do you see any kind of debate. Let them bring in a conservative to punch gaping holes in their little communistic views.
But I really do love to watch it.
If ratings show ANYTHING, how do you account Fox News kicking all the liberal media's asses combined? I guess we are all just so stupid or you libs are watching just to have something to complain about.
FOX News (not really news) only beats other cable news (not really news except CNN) programs.
ReplyDeleteNBC, CBS, and ABC news each has 5 to 10 times the viewership of any of the cable (not really news) programs.
