The Fire and Brimstone of Serge Jerome

Comment Up

And a message to Serge Jerome--Your Fire and Brimstone technique that you started in the first neighborhood association debate at Genesis, is not working--you are getting very BAD advice from your handlers and haters. The son of a preacher man should have learned some truths through these years--you don't lie; it's a sin.  Bring an honest message to the voters. Tell them why you would be the better candidate instead of coming across like a Pitbull in heat. Unfairly criticizing your opponent to gain points will backfire on you. And I'm afraid, it already has.

  1. Commissioner Mcvoy would NEVER make a statement like that against his opponent.opponent. Mcvoy runs on his own merits. The disgusting behavior towards the citizens and their fellow Commissioner Mcvoy by Commissioners Maxwell and Szerdi was on full display last meeting.Speaking of the last Commission meeting, Mayor Triolo did the unthinkable when she read an attack piece written by one citizen against another citizen.Does Triolo have any common sense of decency? Apparently not.Past Commissioner Cara Jennings was unfailingly polite to the citizens that came before her, even when they criticized her. This Commission, minus Mcvoy, really seems to get off on belittling and talking down to the citizens that have a different opinion than their own.We the people deserve representation on the dais, not ridicule from it. 2. What a shame that what was probably a half-way decent guy got so corrutped and so fast just for the power of being a city commissioner. HE IS A LOSER.

  4. Sorry Serge, you're not a nice guy. Talking to red faced Maxwell way too much.

  5. Hahaha politics is dirty but he doesn't need to get personal. Serge can beat McVoy on the issues.

  6. Mr. Jerome has proven that the only issxes that have been fed to him is out of the mouth of Scott Maxwell. Serge wants to tax people he would represent for 34 years. Don't think the Haitian community would like that.

  7. I attended his presentation at SPP and you criticized him for "preaching" and I didn't see it then. But he did sound smart and articulate. I was surprised and impressed. You are now hounding him on his fire and brimstone style. If it is anything like before, there is no there there.

I really do like McVoy. He is also smart and articulate. Maybe too much so. We need less talk and more action. Didn't see either of them at our city's signature event over the weekend. Why is that?

  8. How many people were at "our signature" event" anonymous? Did you see me?
They, more than likely and a very good guess, were out campaigning.
Serge sounded like a preacher man but one full of personal attacks. Campaign schtick at its worse I might add.

  9. I didn't attack commissioner McVoy I just explained my experience with him and pointed out the differences between us. You shouldn't recklessly attack my reputation just because you don't like what I said. Everything I say is truth not personal attacks.

The Haitian community trust me when I say I want to increase our tax BASE so we dont have to pay hiring utility rates. More tax PAYERS not more taxes. They trust me because I've earned it over the years. I understand you dont know me yet but in time I will prove myself to even you Lynn.

  10. Serge, unfortunately it was not I who dished out reckless commentary. Be your own man--not someone else's.
