Keystone Landowner testament

In January 2012, Barack Obama rejected the application amid protests about the pipeline's impact on Nebraska's environmentally sensitive Sand Hills region.

On January 9, 2015 the Nebraska Supreme Court cleared the way for construction, after Governor Dave Heineman had approved of it in 2013, and on the same day the House voted 266 to 153 in favor of the pipeline. As of January 29, 2015 the Keystone XL Pipeline has been passed by the Senate 62-36. Source; Wikipedia

Obama continues to reject the Keystone Pipeline as having no benefit to the United States.
