Driver loses control in ROLOH neighborhood

As a property owner, most homeowners who actually live in their houses strive hard to ensure that their property is well maintained and that their yards are looking good. You have no control over some idiot who runs off the road onto your yard leaving tire indents so big that grass and dirt will have to be replaced. And of course, the driver left no note--never came back the next day. These are the times in which we live.
