It will be much easier and the pressure will be off the city if they can convince the people to put a noose around their necks and vote in 30 years of debt--their pipe-dream of a general obligation bond. Tonight is the 2nd Town Hall meeting to that effect which will be held at the Glass House at 7pm. In the meantime, here are the projects already on the table:
