Benghazi - the whitewash

The Obama administration continues to diminish the Benghazi tragedy and wants everyone to forget about it and move on. Democrats want everyone to believe that the brouhaha is all a Republican conspiracy when in fact it was an Obama administration failure where four patriots died.

In order to even find out the truth, Judicial Watch obtained an e-mail through the Freedom of Information Act that had been suppressed. National Security officer, Ben Rhodes, listed the talking points for Rice about the protests that had erupted at U.S. embassies and compounds and one e-mail goal said to "underscore that these protests are rooted in an Internet video, and not a broader failure of policy."

Truth just does not seem to matter to the Whitehouse and even when it is discovered, it is painted with whitewash. We are told that its importance is less over time.

"Former White House national security spokesman Tommy Vietor was interviewed by Fox News' Bret Baier Thursday over the new Benghazi e-mail, and when Baier repeatedly grilled Vietor over whether the White House changed talking points on the attack, he responded, 'Dude, this was like two years ago.' Baier confronted Vietor on why the e-mail released this week was not released along with others months ago. Vietor admitted he didn't know, but said it doesn't matter because 'it tells us nothing new'."

  1. Given how good the last 3 jobs reports have been (including today's). I am not surprised you have reverted back to Benghazi.

  2. Jobs? Wow!!!! How long has it taken--6 years to get some good job reports?

the Benghazi charade is in the news, anonymous, whether you want to acknowledge it or not. Pretending that the Obama administration did anything right there is repulsive and just another reason why I write about it at all.
