in Boca they steal Rolex's. In LW its diapers. second tier (at best)city attracts 2nd tier thieves. smash and grab....snatch and grab lake worth looks like an easy mark...a little run down with very few LEOs visible.
What a mentality, so a thief who steals a Rolex is a better class theif than one who steals diapers from a dollar store? A thief is a thief there is no such thing as a first or second or third tier thief. Whenever someone takes something that doesn't belong to them no matter what the value of the item stolen that somebody has one tier and that's "low life",
I don't condone stealing diapers at all. But, a couple of myths, EBT or food stamps don't cover diapers, diapers are very expensive and many poor families struggle to afford them or re-use them (risking their baby's health), etc. There are actual diaper banks in some communities due to this problem. http://national.deseretnews.com/article/589/How-the-struggle-to-pay-for-diapers-impacts-low-income-families-and-how-nonprofits-are-trying-to.html

I agree , Mark. There is no reason to have to steal diapers. There are people using EBT cards everywhere, and this guy sounds like he needs one !
