Illegal signs and Garage sales

This owner stapled this sign to a Lake Worth utility pole right where I live...wrong move. I would also bet the owner does not have a permit to have a garage sale--if they broke one law, why not all the rest? Article V, Garage Sales,  section 14-87 of our city ordinances. Let's stop the blight.

    Why should I "give it a rest?"

    That's what everyone in this entire city has done and that's why it looks like it does.

    Try cleaning up in our own neighborhood. I don't want mine looking like yours. :)

    the PBSO came to this house today and shut them down. they have been warned before.

    A lot of people have yard/garage sales every weekend, the house at 3rd Ave North between and D and E Streets has them every week. Can the city and PBSO really control this?
