Pit Bull attacks four and then dies from tasing

Comment Up
Not the actual dog

Just reported by a resident--

A 70-pound pit bull sent four people to the hospital after an attack in the 300 block of Pine Terrace. An officer on the scene had to use a Taser on the animal, as it had latched on to a man’s arm. The dog released the man, but after the officer stopped Tasing it, the dog went on the attack again. After repeated Tasing, the dog died. The animal, which was on the county’s dangerous dogs list, first attacked a firefighter who was jogging by the address on a training drill. The firefighter was bitten on the leg, and a 3-inch-square section of skin was torn off. The dog then attacked its owner, biting her numerous times and ripping a 5-inch-square of skin off her calf. A woman who tried to help the dog’s owner was bitten on the neck and leg. The man who came to assist her was able to get the dog in a headlock but was bitten on the arm.
