Devastating Judicial ruling in Pennsylvania

Comment Up

Have you noticed all the nutty judicial decisions of late?  What is going on?  How did we get so many "crazy" rulings from the bench? The Constitution is our bible. It shouldn't be up to so much debate.

Now a liberal judge in Pennsylvania struck down its 2012 law that required a picture identification in order to vote.  Why not have a pic ID?  Why shouldn't locales know exactly who the person is who is trying to vote especially when the Parties are always accusing one or the other of voter fraud. 1. I witnessed voter fraud at the polls. Tthe unions working for the president were bringing in busses with people who were standin in line and were given a paper with the list of Democrats to vote for and then given out bottles of cold water and they were telling them it was Obama water asthe Republicans want you to die of thirst. We went to report it but no one did anything. I understand it went on in many precints, not just ours.

  3. Because requiring a state issued id disenfranchises voters, that is why. In Pa., the number of disenfranchised voters was in the hundreds of thousands and study after study by bipartisan groups shows the voter fraud is basically non-existent.
