This guy has been seen around the neighborhood. He likely hangs with all those skanky druggies and prostitutes that hang all over North D Street from Lake, Lucerne, to 2nd Ave North, all of them were all there just after all those shots were fired on Tuesday. This area has a huge problem with drug dealers and prostitutes again, many hide out too behind 1306 Lucerne and 1320 Lucerne next to the Quik stop at 1400 Lucerne. This area has lot of really skanky people around here now, the police need to be present more, the city needs to clean up all the blight there too. Crime is getting really bad on the west side again, yet some rich and famous still seem to think it is OK for them to leave this nasty boarded up blighted hole in the roof, often graffitied and overgrown property at 1306 Lucerne for this side of the tracks to contend with and attract more crime. Thank you Mr. Rice for having your blighted boarded up building breed more crime for us.
Actually, within a 30 second walk. Why isn't the Sheriff patrolling all these hot spots? Can't we get stricter hours on the sale of liquor? Does the commission have to give these establishments hours they want instead of what's good for the area? Guess not. We are under siege by creeps...criminals rule.
