Bradshaw and his $ 1 million Behavorial Science Unit

With Andrew Marra, editor of the Palm Beach Post justifying Ric Bradshaw's latest comment and his desire to have a behavioral science unit--

"We want people to call us if the guy down the street says he hates the government, hates the mayor and he’s gonna shoot him," funded through a $1 million grant from the state government as helping the mentality ill, here is a totally different perspective of the situation.
