West Palm Beach, FL, December 13, 2012 –

The law firm of King, Nieves, Zacks, a West Palm Beach boutique litigation firm, announces its plan to volunteer to take on up to 10 pro bono foreclosure defense cases on behalf of distressed homeowners.

“As the holiday season is upon us, we want to give back to our community as a thank you for the unprecedented success of our first year as a firm. We want to do our small part by volunteering our services to some of the neediest in our community. We seek to assist troubled homeowners who may not ordinarily be able to afford legal representation,” said attorney Dustin Zacks.

“Having published extensive research on the foreclosure crisis, I realize that many in our community will surrender their homes without consulting an attorney. This holiday season, we do not want the neediest among us to face the new year at risk of being thrown out of their homes simply because they may not be able to afford an attorney,” Zacks said

King, Nieves, Zacks PLLC will be dedicating Friday, December 21, 2012 to meeting with prospective pro bono clients. Homeowners may schedule a meeting no matter the stage of their cases, and are encouraged to bring their court documents with them for foreclosure defense attorneys to examine.

For more information and to schedule an appointment for possible pro bono representation, call (561)855-7620 or visit the King, Nieves, Zacks website at www.knzlaw.com.

King, Nieves, Zacks is located at 2240 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd., Suite 250, in West Palm Beach, between Okeechobee Blvd. and I-95.
