“I oppose this unilateral move by the
government of president Abbas and regret its reckless endorsement by the
United Nations. True peace and international recognition of a
Palestinian state can only be achieved through direct negotiations
between Israelis and Palestinians. The Palestinian people would be much
better served if the Palestinian Authority were to spend its energies
in responding to several Israeli calls for direct negotiations.
As the
Senate debates the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), I am proud
to be a co-sponsor of an amendment to prohibit U.S. taxpayer funding
for the United Nations in the event the organization upgrades
Palestine’s status from permanent observer ‘entity’ before a
comprehensive peace agreement has been reached with Israel. The Senate
should swiftly adopt it.”

I can't believe that THREE Lake Worth Commissioners had to go to the SAME league of cities convention!!!!! OF COURSE! they are not putting their little heads together planning on how to screw over the taxpayers of Lake Worth in the easiest way possible.Disgusting!
ReplyDeleteIf nobody in the U.S. cares about what some minor league senator has to say about the middle east do you really think Palestinians or Israelis do? Rubio's trying to appeal to the war mongers on the right. He obviously won't be a serious candidate for any other office any time soon.
ReplyDeleteOh by the way since you like pee pee and bobble heads so much I have a Glen Beck bobble head dipped in pee pee that you can have for free.
It's your opinion on the "minor" league rhetoric. He knocked Charlie Christ out of the water.
ReplyDeleteAs far as the bobble-head is concerned, Glenn Beck's pee pee is actually worth something. :)
What's wrong with Marco? I like the man.
