Dylan Harrison to take Plea

Comment Up

All you pot heads don't get too sad. Dylan is taking a plea.

Dylan Harrison, one of the owners of the Kavasutra in downtown Lake Worth, faces a maximum of five years in federal prison and a fine of $250,000. If convicted, he will forfeit his home on Atlantic Drive on Hypoluxo Island. He also will forfeit $166,313 in cash and contents from money accounts, court documents say. The prosecutor says he's going to take a plea deal. He might have to give up his 8 watches, one being a Jacques Droz.

In exchange for a lesser charge or a reduced sentence, the defendant enters a plea of 'guilty' or 'no contest' and does not go to trial," says Steve Thompson, Yahoo contributor.

  2. This stuff was never legal. I love it where criminals think that what they are doing is justified. May Mr. Harrison, the millionaire off of drugs, get what he deserves.

  5. You didn't use your name either and you are criticizing people for posting anonymously? Hope the courts don't think it's a waste of time. Let us know how it all turns out.
