Comedian Chris Christie

Comment Up

I don't find Governor Christie the least bit funny. He doesn't give a rat's azz what I think or whatever anyone thinks for that matter. I used to admire him a lot until he did the palsy-walsy love fest thing with Obama after Hurricane Sandy. Did anyone else think that bizarre?

  1. He needs to keep his day job and remember that he is a Republican for good, sound reasons.

  3. Your comments are offensive, I can't imagine in the midst of such devastation, loss of lives, homes, businesses, iconic structures anyone cared about political affilliations. There are times when we are not Rep. or Dem first, but Americans!

  4. hey, how's FEMA doing?

  5. I have family that live in South Jersey and they basically lost everything during the storm.
The only bizarre thing about this post is that you state you were a Christie fan when he was bashing Obama, but not anymore because Christie on behalf of the poor people that lost everything publicly thanked Obama for his efforts.
You are one angry screwed up old broad. The fact that you take Fox News, Glen Beck and Allen West as gospel to live by verifies this.
What would happen if the same thing happened to you? You have no family, no real friends nowhere to go. I guess you would tell Obama that you don't believe in government interfering and refuse any help.
Well you'd probably be o.k. You could live in your broken down old car which may just be a step up from your broken down old free condo.

  6. If you're going to attack me personally, little bully, do it in your own name.
It's ok to thank Obama but what did obama do? Other than hugs and photos ops, of course. There are still people with NO power. There are people who have been denied their claims by FEMA. Perhaps you can travel up there and help them out with money, food and re-building their houses. You can even borrow my old car. You put down people who are retired.
It's people like you who NEVER win elections. Thank God.

  8. The question is why Christie, who has a state to run, didn’t do the same as Andrew Cuomo and Michael Bloomberg and tell Obama to stay home.

And the answer is simple: he’s playing politics.

  9. Come November 2013, Christie will find himself up for re-election. What’s more, his likely opponent will be Newark Mayor Corey Booker, a supremely popular figure in the state with impeccable credentials and cross-the-aisle appeal. His politics are far more moderate than Barack Obama’s, even though he’s certainly a liberal (which matches the state). Not just that – Booker has been all over the Hurricane Sandy fallout. He was using his Twitter account to attempt to distribute emergency information and reach out to individual constituents. Even more dramatic, Booker drove around the city trying to help residents and deliver supplies. And he apparently didn’t bring a camera crew with him.

  10. Obama did his photo op and dissappeared. THAT is the real story. Christie was tired and probably delirious with hunger. Obama is lucky that Christie didn't just take a big bite out of him. Seriously, things are still a mess up there. Power is still out. Remember how the media did nonstop reporting on the poor ,poor Katrina victims? There is no press coverage of the continuing mess in the North East because that would be bad for Obama.Obama did NOTHING for the tornado and flood victims in the mid-west last summer.

  11. Please explain "palsy-walsy love fest thing".

We're concerned. That's not normal blather for you.

  12. I'm concerned that you continue to defend the worst president since Jimmy carter. Do us all a favor--take your snide remarks somewhere else. thanks.

  13. anonymous at 430pm. You are the only despicable person around. Why all the hatred? Why all the venom coming out of that big fat mouth of yours? You are one big nasty piece of chit. Get a doctor.

  14. Why would I get a doctor?
This blogger does take Fox, Beck and West as Gospel. That is obviously true as she blogs about ti all the time.
The blogger looooooved Christie before because he's a fiscal conservative. Again an obvious fact.
A helluva lot more people than my family lost everything. No mention of any empathy here, just disgust with Christie. Again clear as glass.
This blogger certainly implies she would refuse any government help based on her staunch individualistic beliefs. She blogs about it. I didn't make that up.
Her car is a pollution spewing wreck, her bunker's not much better. Not made up, 2 facts.
Parts of Lake Worth were without power for 5 weeks after the last hurricane. Was that Bush's fault?
Now, tell me again who needs a doctor?

  15. Actually, I don't know why you don't like my car or where I live. Both are paid for unlike yours probably and neither one pollute.

Sorry you lost your election. Only kidding.

The next thing--we were without power for 12 days, not 5 weeks. What hurricane are you talking about?

Do you have any credibility? NO? That's why you lost your election.
