Termite rotted poles at the alley in back of S. Palmway have finally been removed after years of being there, so says the owner whose house lies adjacent. Blight is slowly being addressed in Lake Worth. Sometimes it takes active citizenry to get the ball rolling.

  1. This time it took firing a city manager and voting out 2 elected officials to get something done. At least the city's headed in the right direction now.

  2. Yeah, it had nothing to do with firing Stanton. It had everything to do with getting rid of Joe Kroll, Public Works director who was protected by the Trio..

  3. Your lack of a snarky comment says it all. Kroll was long gone before the elections.

  4. What does this have to do with the election? It just shows Jamie is doing the job. Also, if you recall, this trio wanted, at one point, to hire unqualified Joe Kroll as the city manager.
