Lake Worth Trojans

What a night for football! The weather held up with slight sprinkles here and there with constant lightening in the background!  The Lake Worth Trojans lead the entire game until the last minute. It was that final quarter that told the tale--Lake Worth was shut out from scoring a point. West Boca brought home the bacon in the last seconds of the game. It was a rough game and Lake Worth had 9 penalties that cost them along with 3 fumbles.

Boca hit hard and one of our players was picked up like a rag doll and slammed to the ground.

Moms and Pops were cheering loudly. This Mom had a son playing on the field and a daughter who is a Lake Worth cheerleader. She said that she made her shirt.

At Half time, the Lake Worth Alumni Association's John Harvey, honored Nathan Collins, who was an assistant football coach from 1970 to 1975 and a head football coach at the school from 1975 to 1980. All football players during 1970 through 1980 were also recognized, one of whom was Mark Easton.
