Lake Worth's Drew Martin is up for re-election this November 6. He has been a dedicated advocate of protecting our environment. With Bachelor and Master degrees, Drew is highly qualified to be re-elected to the Palm Beach County Soil and Water Conservation District, Group 2, a non-partisan race.
Drew says, "Protecting the wetlands, the environment, water quality and our endangered species is of the utmost importance when assisting people, groups or local governments with natural resources conservation."
Please Re-elect Drew Martin.
OK, so Mary endorsed McVoy today. After a terrible week your side has something to celebrate. Congrats.
ReplyDeleteYou keep saying "your side." What does that mean exactly? If you mean people who make well thought out decisions on policy, then I will agree that Mulvehill and McVoy do a much better job than the rest.
ReplyDeleteAgree with you Lynn, Drew is a great guy, dedicated & hard worker for the good of Lake Worth, as well as the earth & our environment. Vote for Drew!
ReplyDeleteAnnon at 10:51: What does your comment have to do with Drew Martin? --Are you saying that Mary Lindsey endorsed Comm McVoy? WOW, guess that shows what an extremely poor choice Stafford is.
Endorsements that bring votes are helpful of course, but in my opinion the support of Mary Lindsey is not something to cheer about. Personally I tend to disagree with Mary's opinions & not a big fan of her methods either. Politics is crazy, huh?
I will continue to support Comm McVoy, despite her endorsement.
Meanwhile, Lynn's comment is on point: what do you mean by "your side"?? --I assume you mean informed & involved people, long-time residents who love living in Lake Worth and want to see it retain its unique small town charm. Smart people who believe that our community can can improve without "selling out" to greedy developers, and that the back-room corruption of the past is not the best way to move forward in the future. --That's the side I'm on.
Wowowowo! Mary Lindsey endorsement?! That's huge, since the voters rejected her for an anarchist. yawn.
ReplyDeleteLOL. What a teensy weensy world you live in, 10:51 am.
Once Drew stopped coming to every Lake Worth City Commission meeting and feeling the need to out an out lie to move his agenda along, he actually became tolerable and has gone on to do some good work. Sometimes people get so caught up in our little city that they lose perspective and priciples. Good to see he has changed his ways.
ReplyDeleteDrew has never lied about anything, What a fruitcake you are. He was always for the betterment of the people and this city. Why do you have to take a swipe at a very nice guy? Are you one of those people who has been caught up in our little city and have lost perspective? Sounds like you know from experience or something. Give examples of lies before you go putting down a great guy.
ReplyDeleteDrew is what we used to call a man of character. He says what he means, lives by it, stands up for it, and does not change with the winds of political advantage.
ReplyDeleteHis opponent appears to be a tool of the real estate development community. It's an easy choice, but people have to remember to vote all the way down the ballot, not just for the first race or two.
Drew Martin , all the way.
Sam Goodstein
Thanks Lynn,
ReplyDeleteI really appreciate your support.
Regards,
Drew Martin
Whoops this is a Drew band wagon thread, sorry but Drew knows the public lies he perpetrated, but lets not let that get in the way of another run for public office. It doesn't stop anyone else from running. Besides its the American way to let the means justify the end, right Col. West?
ReplyDeleteWHAT LIES??????????????????
ReplyDeleteBe specific.
There are a lot of mean, angry, nasty people who live in this city. Is it coincidental that many of them live in College Park. Thank God there are still a few of the good guys left.
ReplyDeleteGuess what? Wes Blackman endorsed Chris Mcvoy today. Ain't that something?
