The bill calls for a variety of new spending measures--
* $50 billion for transportation projects
* Including $4 billion for high-speed rail
* $105 million for the “Puerto Rico highway program”
* $35 billion for state and local government employees
* $15 billion for construction projects
* $25 billion to modernize public schools with green technology.
Critics of Obama's American Jobs Act say that there are little in terms of new ideas. The President continues to blame "the other guy" on why we are where we are. This is just another Budget Buster. Another four more years of this?
