  1. What makes Parton a worm is that he made an offer to the City and the City accepted. At that point, to renegotiate makes him a worm even if there had been no other creepy circumstances involved with Parton. And, his renegotiation also included Fox wanting exclusives -- how ironic.

  2. he offered $30 / square foot, and was okay with the other provisions so long as he thought Fox's bid would block Barry. It certainly appears a deliberate scheme by Fox to keep Barry out (in other words, Fox bid on Units 5 and 6, therefore leaving no more units at the Casino). Fox let the Commission accept his bid without saying anything. Then, Parton thought he could make a better deal with the city, so he tried after his terms were accepted to renegotiate.

  3. And, he wants to sell the business, so he needs a low ball price and exclusives to make it more attractive to HIS tenant/buyer without any "unreasonable" interference from the City. Who owns the property anyhow?????

  4. This guy was not nice the night of the meeting. He was rude to Barry and wanted all the exclusives and Barry asked for one. He stuck around to bad mouth Barry even more. Now he's being a schmuck. This entire city has been played. Staff is the problem.

  6. Funny, all these negative comments are from " anonymous ". Are any of these people in business for themselves? I seriously doubt it. Who would want to deal with the city any more? Berry should speak for himself.
