Even Allen West was not given a perfect score for being the most conservative member in Congress. The American Conservative Union rated him an 88%. This proves his willingness to compromise to get things done and eliminate gridlock.
They were rated on 25 issues. These encompassed everything from incandescent light bulbs to terrorist trials.
