Wonder if Delivery Pizza People should carry pepper spray? Not that they would have a chance to use it at gun point but a shame that you can't even delivery a pizza without some low life scum to hold you up. Time to clean out the blight! and shuffle out the scum with it.
We have more robbery coming out of city hall. Look at the utility as one example.

Can you provide the stats? I already did a blog that totally says differently. Crime is up in most categories.
