As we were driving down Lake Worth Road last night after we had left the Constitution Committee meeting, we noticed a lot of blue lights flashing. We knew something bad had happened. As we approached, we saw a mangled bicycle and then a few feet away was a dead body covered with a white tarp.

I am always saying that one of these days I am going to hit a bicyclist, one of my biggest fears, as NONE of them (except for Wes and Christopher :) observe the law.
