Lake Worth has become a burden to it's citizens, not a benefit. It has become nothing more than a trough that the employees feed from as they squeal for more benefits.Corrupt employees ensure that cost overruns provide them hefty slush funds.Time for the federal Marshalls to come in and seize control of this city.Cut the head off of the monster-bye bye ,Stanton.
I-Pads cost $13,951 and we can't even get public commentary recorded in the minutes. We can't get back-up. We can't get public information if they do not want to release it. What does City Hall think about us suckers?
Hey, the BCE and the BCME should have the BIPOD ever, doncha think? If you look at the back-ups (when they are provided) they are humongous--200 to 400 pages. To have anyone use that much paper is ridiculous. I am happy to see that the city is in the 21st Century. In one year, they are probably saving 5 Oak trees with the amount of paper they aren't using. But then, the timing is all wrong for this expense right along with League of City Conferences in Orlando and all the rest.
Could they not have done the Back-Ups from the city owned Lap Tops that they all seem to love to hide behind during meetings, and waited on the I Pads until we were more financially secure? Or is this just another blind sighting to get us away from the real issues at hand..
Yes, indeed. If you notice, we are only financially insecure when the CM says so. Other than that, we get a newely designed city hall with 10 security cameras. Ten. I can certainly see why security has been beefed up. Next, you will get your e-mail blocked for being a "pest" for giving all those suggestions that NO ONE WANTS TO HEAR.
All those little expenditures add up. It makes you wonder and believe that there really is a shell game going on.
