Now you see it...
This is a hand-painted sign by Susan Ona. It has now been ripped down twice after installation. After the first time, Mrs. Ona painted another one. According to the installer: "We put it in the parking lot of the Guatamalan - Mayan Annex at the Mayan Center where we had their permission to put up signs for Rachel Waterman." The Mayan Center is a tenant in the Gallo Building but they do not lease the entire building.
Now you don't.
Because they do not lease the whole building but only a space, the property where it was placed belongs to JLS of Florida, Leslie Evans. Evans is a real estate attorney dealing in speculative properties and the one who filed a SLAPP suit against SWAT when the political action committee sought to protect Old Bridge Park when Romano and his commission voted to sell the property to Leslie Evans at a ridiculously low price.
The decent thing and the cordial procedure in this case, was to call Rachel Waterman and ask her to remove the sign asap rather than destroying property.
Katie McGiveron called Ramiccio's campaign manager weeks ago regarding one of his signs on the public right-of-way out in her area. Demarest told McGiveron that they would take it down.
Get over it Lynn. The waterman sign was put there without permission from the owner. As always, you are showing you true ugly colors.
ReplyDeleteThe true ugly colors of the matter is that Mr.Ramiccio has signs placed illegally all over town.
ReplyDeleteI just explained this to you but your mind is so narrowly formed that you can't grasp it.
Once again, if The Mayan Center had leased this entire property then they could have placed the Waterman signs on it unless it was specifically prohibited in their lease. Because they only leased a portion of it, they did not have full legal rights to it via their Lease.
So, GET OVER IT and stop coming over here and being rude. It doesn't get you anywhere.
That sounds just like the top Ramiccio puppet. Bark Mark doggie do. How do you like getting your strings pulled little guy? I'll take you on anytime and your punk pal Tom.
ReplyDeleteJoe Flynn
Thanks for blogging about what really happened. Just shows Ramicico is a bully already proved by so many things.
ReplyDeleteWhat is going on here are accepting post that are encourging one poster fighting another. Remember all the talk about civility. The world is too dangerous now. Calm down, agree to disagree.Confrontation is not the answer understanding is.
ReplyDeleteThe city will remove signs in the public right of way.
ReplyDeleteCode will remove them when they have the time, which they don't have a lot of these days. Candidates should remove their own signs that are illegally placed.
ReplyDelete"cordial" and "decent thing to do"??
ReplyDeleteSeems you're now dreaming of the Rachel campaign as one lovely little tea party...white gloves and all.
In any venue have you ever heard of campaigning as "cordial and decent"?
They kept their signs up at the Gallo building without permission of the owner...were told this - and then put them up again, and took/stole the signs that WERE allowed to be there.
You seem to be in doubt of this,...still.
Why haven't you posted the police report that you say states that Rachel's gang was in the right?
Well, we know you can't spell and now we know you can't read. Deaf and dumb too?
ReplyDeleteTom Ramiccios supporters are a bunch of sign stealing radicals! They have no class.I guess this sign was too big for Bitsy and her kids to steal so she and her vandal friends destroyed it!Bitsy-can't wait to hear about you on the 10:00 news again!!
ReplyDeleteOk, to anonymous at 11:39 -
ReplyDeletePlease hear this loud and clear.
The signs in the photos above were taken down by order of the property owner. The Bldg across the street from Publix to the south.
Rachel had put them up there illegally.
How hard is that to understand??
When she put them up AGAIN, the owner was understandably ticked off and had them removed AGAIN.
No radical vandals involved at all.
Give back our sign. We had permission from the tenant who occupied the building. You destroyed someone's property. Post the authority from the owner to rip apart our sign. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteThe tenant did not have the authorization to give any permission to anyone.
ReplyDeleteThe owner has the right to do as he pleases with items left on his property, just as you would if someone posted signs for whatever on your property and you did not want them there.
Obviously you are one of the people who put the signs there and did not do the proper research - feel free to call the owner - This blog has already posted his information -
Then you may stop the histrionics....please!
Ignorance is,.....just ignorance.
Should I have thrown Tom Ramiccio's signs in the lake after they were posted ILLEGALLY all over the COUNTY PARK?!? They were not even in Lake Worth!I did the CIVIL thing and called his campaign manager to take them down. You people who destroyed Rachel Waterman's sign are pigs!TOM-TELL YOUR PEOPLE TO KEEP THEIR HANDS OFF OF THE OTHER CANDIDATES SIGNS!
ReplyDeletehistrionics you say. You are either a shrink or the shrink's patient. I would say the latter and probably a sociopath to boot.
ReplyDeleteLake Worth is spinning down the drain and you idiots are arguing about some stupid signs. No wonder the city is in the condition it's in. Morons
ReplyDeleteActually this is about character and integrity not just the destruction of property. Everyone can see that but you.
