Ok, so that we can make Wes happy for heavens sake--The Human Rights Council sent out an endorsement on two separate occasions/dates for Rachel Waterman repeating its position. Does this now clarify and is it more specific?
THEY DID NOT ENDORSE HER THE FIRST TIME - ONLY LISA MAXWELL WAS ENDORSED FOR THE JUNE 28TH ELECTION
