As our lawns turn brown because we are not allowed to water but once a week, another problem exists--Lake Worth has old infrastructure. How much are we losing due to leaks and evaporation? Didn't Lake Worth Utility Director, Becky Mattey, say that our loss is in the normal range? How much water do we produce versus how much do we sell?
